The Directors

Dr Roisin McNally

 

Roisin McNally is a European Patent Attorney and Community Trade Mark Attorney, a Chartered Patent Attorney in the UK and a Registered Patent Attorney in Ireland.  Her academic qualifications include a BSc Joint Honours in Biochemistry and Genetics and a PhD in Molecular Virology.

 

After a period of postdoctoral research and lecturing in Trinity College Dublin, Roisin initially entered the patent profession in private practice in Ireland.

 

She moved to the UK and worked as a patent advisor in industry to Smith & Nephew (a multinational medical device company) before joining Murgitroyd & Company.  Before leaving Murgitroyd & Company in 2006, Roisin was a Director of Murgitroyd & Company Limited, a Director of Murgitroyd Group PLC and a member of the Management Board.

 

In Murgitroyd & Company, Roisin McNally specialised in biotechnology and medical device intellectual property.  She has developed a particular interest in technology transfer and sat on the membership committee of AUTM (Association of University Technology Managers). She has extensive experience working with US companies, is an active member of AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association) and is a member of the editorial board of the AIPLA Quarterly Journal. She is also a member of the editorial board of the World Intellectual Property review 2006.



Roisin McNally is also a director of CenZiteK Limited working with the EIS (Electro Interstitial Scan) in the UK, Ireland and Caribbean.

Guillaume Pinguet

 

Guillaume Pinguet is a French national and based in Miami. His academic background included 2 years studying medicine and he qualified with a Master’s degree in French Private Law (specialising in Intellectual Property law). He also obtained a Masters Degree in Business Management of New Technology.


Guillaume Pinguet worked in a legal practice in France and has been a commercial adviser to a biomedical company in the US.

Guillaume Pinguet is also a director of CenZiteK Limited and Member manager of CenZiteK International LLC, working with the EIS (electro Interstitial Scan) in the UK, Ireland, US and Caribbean. Guillaume has developed a large network in the medical field internationally. (www.cenzitek.com)
