IPEUS Limited is a new company established with two main aims

1        To assist businesses to protect their intellectual property in Europe.

2        To assist European companies moving into the other markets.

IPEUS was founded in 2006 by Directors, Dr Roisin McNally and Guillaume Pinguet.  It is active in the UK and in Ireland.

IPEUS can deal directly with companies, law firms and research institutes to provide advice and services in relation to intellectual property in Europe.
 

IPEUS can

- Provide strategic advice regarding existing or proposed IP portfolios in Europe,

- Make recommendations regarding European filing, prosecution and opposition strategies,

- Carry out these recommendations on behalf of the client in Europe,

- Undertake due diligence of existing IP rights in Europe,

- Provide infringement opinions in Europe and

- Work with existing overseas and European Counsel to supplement advice and reports.
